Our food truck started as passion project in 2021 between two brothers who wanted to share their love of food with the community. They started small, cooking up dishes in our home kitchen until the perfect creations were born. With help from Mom and Dad, the hot box began it's journey built on the premise that above all, our love of family, friends and living in the moment are at the heart of what we do.
Community
We believe that food has the power to bring people together. That's why we are dedicated to being an active and engaged member of our community. We participate in local events and festivals, and we are always looking for ways to give back to the community that has supported us.
